My oh my! 17 orders and 264 homemade peanut butter cookies this weekend! One of the highlights of baking for you this summer has been experimenting with both familiar and new recipes. Which cookie has been your favorite? Let me know by voting in the poll at the end of my blog!
As much as I have enjoyed baking this summer, the weekend of August 10 and 11 will mark my final baking session before my departure. For this special occasion, I’ll be baking English shortbread. Since I’ll be heading to Oxford, I thought it fitting to end on a note of classic British charm with a true English biscuit.
To secure a dozen of these goodies, simply shoot me a text at 720-429-6184 or venmo me and say “cookies!” in the description. Please order by Friday at noon to ensure I have enough time to bake and deliver these treats to perfection.
I cannot believe I have 23 more days left! Summer flew by. I'm in my last week of work, and then it’s time to switch to full-on prep mode for leaving. I’m feeling a mix of emotions as I head into this experience. I’m trying to approach it with no expectations and prepare to fully embrace all the adventures and personal growth ahead.
