Hey there, friends and family!

Thank you for taking the time to join me on this exciting journey! If we haven't caught up lately, I'm thrilled to share that I'll be heading to St. Clare’s Oxford this fall. I leave at the end of August! I am eagerly counting down the days until departure.

As the departure date draws nearer, I'm experiencing a whirlwind of emotions – from nervousness about being alone in a new country to sheer excitement for the life-changing opportunity that awaits. I am excited for all the adventures and personal growth that lie ahead. I'm ready to embrace this journey, bumps and all.

This summer, I am fundraising for my trip abroad. As many of you already know, I inherited my mother's love for baking and have been baking and decorating by her side my entire life! To help fund my trip, I've decided to combine my passion for baking with this incredible opportunity. Did you know in England cookies are called biscuits? As such, I am excited to introduce you to Isa's Baking for Biscuits!! Every week until my departure, I'll be baking an assortment of treats for you to enjoy while supporting my adventure. You can sign up for your favorites by texting me (720-429-6184) and I'll personally deliver them to your doorstep on Saturdays or Sundays.

To begin, this coming weekend, June 22nd and 23rd, I'll be baking chocolate chip cookies. Your $24 donation will get you 2 dozen deliciously chewy, salty and sweet chocolate chip cookies…a recipe my mom and I have been perfecting for years…personally delivered to your doorstep.

Want to donate and forgo the calories? You can do that too! I am so thankful for any and all support and encouragement along the way!

I'm excited to share this adventure with you all and to document my experiences along the way.

Let the countdown to Oxford begin!

Much love,

Isa
